I missed out on pre-ordering a Glendale plush! Will there be another chance in the future?
Pre-orders for plush Glendales have ended. However, while we don’t plan on offering anymore pre-orders, there will be very limited chances in the future to get a plush Glendale via special events such as contests, giveaways, and "seconds" sales. More details to come.
Project Softaur is run by just two people so our scale of operation is limited, but we will do what we can. We did not expect the pre-orders for Glendale plushes to sell out so quickly.

What does "pre-order" mean?
Items being offered for pre-order have yet to go into full production. Once enough funds have been raised, they will be produced, then shipped to us, and then finally mailed out for your orders.
We will do our best to keep everyone updated on the latest status of the project.
When will items be ready to ship?
Estimated shipping dates:
For pre-orders of pins and/or stickers only - November '22
For pre-orders that include a Glendale plush (1st round) - January '23
For pre-orders that include a Glendale plush (final round) - March '23
Where are orders being shipped from?
Shipments will be sent from the US. If you are outside of the US, keep in mind that you may need to pay import fees depending on your country.
Are there any concerns for project delays?
Due to the ongoing pandemic situation affecting both production and shipping services, there is some risk of delay for production & shipping time of the plushes.
Please have patience with us, we will do what we can and try to keep everyone updated on any delays!
Will you provide refunds?
Once production has started for the items, we will not be able to provide any refunds until they are completed. We will announce in our newsletter and on our Carrd site & social media accounts when production for any item (ie. Glendale plush, pins, and/or stickers) has begun.
NOTE: For any requested refunds preceding this, a small processing fee from the buyer's chosen payment platform (ie. Stripe, Paypal) may be charged. Please be aware of this before requesting a refund.Refunds will be available upon request for incorrect or badly damaged orders. For the latter, please include photos of the damage with your request email. Email us with your order number at: [email protected]
Due to the limited quantity of plushes, we will be unable to replace them if they are badly damaged during shipping or get lost in the mail. Once a plush has been shipped, she is quite literally out of our hands.
For stickers and pin orders, we may be able to send replacements if we have enough in stock.
I just moved and my mailing address is different now. How will I receive my order?
